She has built a reputation for herself in Virginia Beach as a brow guru. She is well known for her shaping skills, whether she’s defining a new shape for the first-time client or rehabbing over plucked and overarched brows for seasoned clients.
As a 1997 graduate of the Von Lee International School of Aestheticians in Baltimore, Janice has been delivering a variety of personalized skin care and makeup applications ever since.
